Share your flight number
Flight monitoring is included with Ascent Transfers airport bookings. Providing your flight number helps us follow your arrival and coordinate your pickup. Also include your terminal and a contact number you will be able to use after landing.
Understand your waiting time
Airport pickups include 45 minutes of free waiting after your flight lands. Immigration and baggage collection can take time, so discuss your pickup plan before travelling and ask about charges if you need longer.
Consider meet and greet
For £20, you can request meet and greet. Confirm the meeting point and arrangements with the team when you book. It can be a useful option if you are unfamiliar with the airport or travelling with family.
Keep your driver informed
If there is a change to your flight or you encounter a delay inside the terminal, contact the team. Clear communication makes it easier to coordinate the next part of your journey.
